Mark Mann Sr. – Owner & President

Over the years, Mark’s key decision making has helped turn Swanson Meats into Minnesota’s premier meat purveyor. With over 45 years of hands-on leadership, Mark has formed critical business partnerships and hired key personnel to ensure the long term success of Swanson Meats. Mark is known for his honest approach to business as well as his passion for his customers!

Doug Groskreutz – Sr. Purchasing Manager

Doug has over 40 years of buying experience and has been working for Swanson Meats for over 4 years. Doug has held various management positions throughout his career in foodservice and holds a key position here at Swanson Meats as our purchasing manager. Doug is always up to date with market conditions to ensure Swanson Meats has quality product on hand to be competitive within the marketplace.

Fred Williams – Sr. Accounting Manager

Fred started his career as an Audit Assistant with a small CPA firm nearly 20 years ago, and later moved over to commercial banking, insurance, mortgage and investments. Fred has worked for Swanson Meats for over 10 years and has continued to strive to make accounting and other financial information useful for decision-making. His greatest strength is analyzing financial information so that it becomes relevant to an ordinary user.

Mark Mann Jr – Manager |Sales | Buyer | Marketing

Mark Jr. in many ways grew up in the family business and has worn a lot of different hats over the 10+ years he has worked at Swanson Meats. Throughout his time at Swanson Meats Mark Jr has spent time as our Marketing Manager, Procurement Manager, and Inside Sales Manager. Jr continuously looks at ways to improve process improvement and efficiencies within departments. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and being active outdoors.
