With over 40 years of hands-on leadership, Mark has formed critical business partnerships and hired key personnel to ensure the long term success of Swanson Meats. Mark is known for his honest approach to business as well as his passion for his customers!

Bob KohnSenior Plant Manager

Bob has worked in the foodservice industry since 1978 and with Swanson Meats for over 30 years. Bob has a degree in Culinary Arts, as well as certifications in Food Safety, HACCP Requirements and OSHE compliance. Bob has a wide range of foodservice experience, with his greatest strengths being his work ethic and product knowledge. Bob also possesses skills that encompass everything from warehouse management, product processing, and embracing client relationships.

Fred Williams – Senior Accounting Manager

Fred started his career as an Audit Assistant with a small CPA firm nearly 20 years ago, and later moved over to commercial banking, insurance, mortgage and investments. Fred has worked for Swanson Meats for over 10 years and has continued to strive to make accounting and other financial information useful for decision-making. His greatest strength is analyzing financial information so that it becomes relevant to an ordinary user.

Tim Bartusch – Senior Production Manager

Tim has worked at Swanson Meats for over 10 years and has brought with him, expertise in production management and product cutting. Tim has over 40 years of foodservice industry experience in sales, purchasing, and operations. Tim’s knowledge and expertise in operations has helped our sales staff and customers with cost saving menu options to help maximize profits. Tim enjoys the hands-on culture and “Yes We Can” culture at Swanson Meats.
